LIVE MUSIC EXPERIENCE

  • VENUE HOSPITALITY

    At Lincoln Hall & Schubas Tavern, I worked as a Day of Show Intern from August 2016 - May 2017. My duties included preparing the venue for artist arrival, buying any necessities off the artist's rider, selling merchandise, and making sure the artists get to stage on time. It was a great experience getting to learn how to work with different artists and also just learn how a concert venue functions in general.
  • MERCHANDISE

    I've had a considerable amount of merchandise selling experience, mostly at Lincoln Hall. I've sold merch for artists like Eden, Krewella, Dan Layus, Tokyo Police Club, and Whethan. Since working at Lincoln Hall, I have also sold merch for many local Chicago bands.
  • VIP

    I have served as a VIP Assistant for a number of tours as they have come through Chicago. My duties included stuffing goodie bags, setting up decorations, checking in guests, hosting & interacting with guests, and breaking down the VIP set up at the end of the day. I have worked the VIP programs for Kidz Bop, G Dragon, Mary J. Blige, and more.
  • GUEST SERVICES

    In June 2017, I served as guest services support for React Presents' Spring Awakening and Mamby On The Beach festivals. As guest services support, I helped with scanning tickets, serving as ticket support for guests, and also helping with managing any carnival rides or other activities happening on the festival grounds.
  • FESTIVAL ARTIST CREDENTAIL SUPPORT

    At Firefly 2017, I teamed up with Red Frog Events to help serve as a helping hand on the credential support team during the festival. I spent a week in Dover, DE giving out credentials to artists playing the festival and industry guests in addition to helping solve any issues that arose with the patron's festival credentials.
  • VIP/PLATINUM HOST

    At Lollapalooza 2017, I teamed up with C3 Presents to serve as a Platinum area host where I helped answer any questions patrons may have in regard to the festival. I also helped run a platinum shuttle stop, where I coordinated shuttle times and made sure that all golf carts were functioning and that the drivers were happy.
