As a Merchandise Vendor at Barclay Center in Brooklyn, NY, I sell merchandise at all Barclays shows. We occasionally have shows we will also vend for at Nassau Coliseum on Long Island as well. As a vendor, we are required to help count in, sell, and count out all merchandise.

During the summer of 2019, I served as the Head Merchandise Coordinator at SummerStage in Central Park. From May through October, I was in-charge of advancing, selling, and settling all merchandise needs at every show. I was also responsible for selling and tracking venue merchandise.

In August 2018, I worked with Adventures in Wonderland as a Production Assistant at Camp Mars, where I did everything from placing tables, refilling water coolers, placing sponsored items around site, and setting up yurts. I had the opportunity to work with every department to ensure the festival ran smoothly for all patrons. In June of 2018, I also worked with Adventures in Wonderland as a PA for 30 Seconds To Mars' show at Madison Square Garden in New York. I helped run the VIP experience for fans, including running check-in, assisting with the meet and greet, ushering fans on stage during the show, and more.

I spent the summer of 2018 serving as a Box Office Attendant for City Farm's concert series at Industry City in Brooklyn, NY. I used Event Brite scanners and had to trouble shoot any faulty barcodes on tickets, in addition to selling tickets for performances. I also served as a Box Office Attendant at Camp Mars in 2018, where I checked in fans who came on-site solely for the performances each night.

At Lollapalooza 2017, I teamed up with C3 Presents to serve as a Platinum area host where I helped answer any questions patrons may have in regard to the festival. I also helped run a platinum shuttle stop, where I coordinated shuttle times and made sure that all golf carts were functioning and that the drivers were happy.

At Firefly 2017 and 2018, I teamed up with Red Frog Events to help serve as a helping hand on the credential support team during the festival. I spent a week in Dover, DE giving out credentials to artists playing the festival and industry guests in addition to helping solve any issues that arose with the patron's festival credentials.

In June 2017, I served as guest services support for React Presents' Spring Awakening and Mamby On The Beach festivals. As guest services support, I helped with scanning tickets, serving as ticket support for guests, and also helping with managing any carnival rides or other activities happening on the festival grounds.

I have served as a VIP Assistant for a number of tours as they have come through Chicago. My duties included stuffing goodie bags, setting up decorations, checking in guests, hosting & interacting with guests, and breaking down the VIP set up at the end of the day. I have worked the VIP programs for Kidz Bop, G Dragon, Charlie Puth, Hailee Steinfeld, David Blane, Mary J. Blige, and more.

At Lincoln Hall & Schubas Tavern, I worked as a Day of Show Intern from August 2016 - May 2017. My duties included preparing the venue for artist arrival, buying any necessities off the artist's rider, selling merchandise, and making sure the artists get to stage on time. It was a great experience getting to learn how to work with different artists and also just learn how a concert venue functions in general.

I've had a considerable amount of merchandise selling experience, mostly at Lincoln Hall. I've sold merch for artists like Eden, Krewella, Dan Layus, Tokyo Police Club, and Whethan. Since working at Lincoln Hall, I have also sold merch for many local Chicago bands.
